Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We are meticulous in making and shipping our items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase:

1. Contact us within five days of receiving your order.
2. Return the item at your cost after receiving confirmation from us.
3. Items must be in their original condition with original packaging.
4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received.

Important Notes

• Items should be returned in original condition. We do not accept used or damaged items.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. The replacement item will be sent after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Mark your shipment clearly as a return shipment; otherwise, customs fees will be at your expense.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
• We reserve the right to cancel any purchase at any time and refund the amount paid.
