• “You” refers to the customer.
• “Day” or “days” refer to working days.

These terms apply to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

Payment and Prices

Credit card payments are generally the most convenient method for online purchases.

Pricing

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) on product pages and include a Slovakian VAT of 21%.
• Depending on your location, prices may also be shown in USD, CHF, NOK, or JPY.
• Taxes, shipping costs, import fees, customs duties, and other government charges are calculated during checkout based on your address and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Prices at the time of purchase apply to your order.

Shipping and Delivery

• Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped within five days of receiving your payment.
• Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
• Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
• We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments caused by carriers.
• We are not responsible for import fees, customs duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.
• If a package cannot be delivered or is refused, you will be charged for all shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take care in making and shipping our items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase:

1. Contact us within five days of receiving your order.
2. Return the item at your cost after receiving confirmation from us.
3. Items must be in their original condition with original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received.

Important Notes

• Items not returned in original condition may be partially refunded or rejected.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. The replacement item will be sent after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Mark your shipment clearly as a return shipment; otherwise, customs fees will be at your expense.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
• We reserve the right to cancel any purchase at any time and refund the amount paid
