Shipping costs and order handling
Within the EU, three shipping rates are applicable. Shipping is via GLS, and all shipments are insured. Outside the EU and worldwide, we use the parcel service from the Slovak post.
Below you can find the shipment costs for orders sent within de EU, Scandinavia (Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) and the rest of the world.

Your order is usually picked up on the same day or the next day. If you have special demands like delivery before or after a certain date, please send us a note with your order.
After the box is sealed and labelled, the shipment enters the where track and trace system. After shipping, you will receive a mail with information about the order and the tracking link.
Please check the box and its content on delivery. If you have any questions about the shipment, you can send them to us in reply to one of the emails we've sent you.
